On February 1, 2021, through the joint efforts of the four-level courts, the cross-domain case filing service body expanded from the intermediate, basic and maritime courts to the high court, the Supreme Court, military, intellectual property and other specialized courts, and extended to more than 10,000 The People's Court has achieved full coverage of cross-domain case filing service entities.
The scope of cross-domain case registration services has expanded from first-instance civil, administrative and enforcement cases to first-instance criminal private prosecution, state compensation applications and civil retrial cases, and all types of cases that can provide cross-domain case registration services are included to achieve full coverage of cross-domain case types .
Since the deployment of the cross-domain case filing service reform in August 2019, as of December 31, 2020, courts across the country have provided a total of 82,022 cross-domain case filing services, and 88.77% of the courts with jurisdiction achieved a response within 30 minutes.
