Erfurt (dpa / th) - Thuringia is awarding a state prize for building culture for the first time.
The award is intended to recognize innovations and design quality in the construction sector, as the Ministry of Infrastructure announced on Thursday.
One focus is on resource-saving, environmentally and climate-friendly construction methods.
The prize awarded by the ministry is endowed with a total of 5000 euros, works can be submitted with immediate effect.
The closing date for entries for the competition is April 16.
The winners are due to be announced on May 5th.
Winning the competition is linked to an order for implementation planning.
