Pegau (dpa / sn) - Six people were slightly injured in a fire in an apartment building in Pegau near Leipzig.
As the police announced on Sunday, the fire had broken out in the kitchen of an apartment.
Both the affected apartment and the apartment above were damaged.
The two tenants, aged 79 and 85, and four other residents, were slightly injured, and two had to be taken to hospital.
According to the police, the damage amounts to around 20,000 euros.
It is being investigated for negligent arson.
