He is a repeat offender.
This Wednesday, before the Criminal Court of Angers (Maine-et-Loire), a man, aged 47, appeared for having harassed a young woman and exhibited his sex in front of the latter's home on several occasions, according to
Ouest- France
.
From August 1, 2020 to February 3, this woman saw this individual on several occasions showing off in front of her window, whispering words of a sexual nature to him.
The man had already been convicted eight times for similar facts.
Before the judges, he did not recognize the exhibition facts, but the harassment.
Traumatized, the woman was forced to move.
One more year if follow-up is not respected
Still according to
Ouest-France
, the defendant was therefore sentenced to a sentence of twelve months in prison, a socio-judicial follow-up for two years, with a sentence of one year of additional imprisonment if this follow-up is not respected.
