The Japan Rugby Union has announced that the new opening date for the top league, whose opening has been postponed due to the effects of the new coronavirus, will be February 20th next month.
The league match will be held until April 11th, with 16 teams divided into two groups.
The 20 teams, including the top four teams from the top challenge league at the bottom, will play off tournaments from April 17th to May 23rd to determine the winning team for this season.
