The number of gaps is the highest in history

  The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security pointed out that compared with the third quarter, the number of recruitment needs in this period has increased significantly from the previous quarter, and the supply and demand relationship of the 100 "most lacking jobs" has generally tightened.

  Looking at the 100 jobs with the "most lack of jobs", the number of recruitment needs increased from 1.316 million in the third quarter to 1.418 million (an increase of 7.75%); the number of job seekers was basically the same as in the third quarter and slightly declined (down 0.61%).

  The number of gaps rose from 824,000 in the third quarter to 929,000 (an increase of 12.74%); the overall job-seeking ratio (the ratio of the number of recruits to the number of applicants) rose from 2.67 in the third quarter to 2.90 (an increase of 8.61%).

  According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the number of gaps and the overall job opening ratio are both the highest in history since the ranking was first released in the third quarter of 2019.

The shortage of these occupations has increased

  The ranking shows that the demand for manufacturing talents continues to maintain a strong momentum.

  Among the 25 new occupations in the ranking, 15 are directly related to manufacturing, accounting for 60%, such as "smelting engineering and technical personnel", "casting workers", "automotive engineering technicians" and "metal heat treatment workers".

  Among the 34 occupations with increasing shortages, 16 occupations are directly related to the manufacturing industry, accounting for 47.1%, such as "rebar workers", "mechanical fitters" and "textile dyers".

  The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security pointed out that under the conditions of normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the demand for social management and social service personnel has increased.

The ranks of occupations such as "security manager", "security guard", and "community worker" rose.

"Housekeeping attendants" ranked in the top ten, "childcare workers" and "elderly care workers" ranked up, "infant and toddler development guides" and "orphans and disabled children care workers" entered the ranking for the first time, and "preschool education teachers" entered the ranking again. How to stabilize employment this year?
