The data also shows that the current overall income of Chinese women in the workplace is 12% lower than that of men, but this gap has narrowed by 5 percentage points year-on-year, and the degree of differentiation has declined for two consecutive years.
In addition, 58.com released the big data on job hunting for female workers, showing that in 2021, the top 5 industries for female job hunting are wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering, manufacturing, resident services, repairs and other service industries, information transmission, software and Information technology service industry.
