Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 3rd that it was confirmed that a total of 32 men and women under the age of 10 to 90s were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
This brings the total number of people confirmed to be infected in Nara Prefecture to 2068.
Nara Prefecture also announced that a woman in her 80s in Oyodo Town, who had been confirmed to be infected, had died.
A total of 25 people died after being confirmed infected in Nara Prefecture.
