He noted that the Ministry of Health made a decision to register the third Russian vaccine for the prevention of coronavirus "KoviVac".

Murashko added that large-scale vaccine research will continue at the post-registration stage.
According to the minister, the vaccine was created using classical technology, it contains an inactivated virus.
Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that a vaccine against the coronavirus "KoviVac" produced by the Chumakov Federal Research and Development Center for Immunobiological Preparations of the Russian Academy of Sciences has been registered in Russia.
