According to the notice, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Toll Roads" and relevant regulations, vehicles carrying out the task of transporting goods for the new crown virus vaccine are exempt from toll road vehicle tolls.
The full text of the notice is as follows:
1. In accordance with the "Regulations on the Administration of Toll Roads" and related regulations, vehicles carrying out the task of transporting the new coronavirus vaccine cargo are exempt from toll road vehicle tolls.
2. Vaccine manufacturers and provincial disease prevention and control centers log in to the new crown virus vaccine cargo road transportation dispatch system (website: 117.149.228.204:10004, hereinafter referred to as the transfer order system) by themselves according to actual needs, and fill in the "new crown virus vaccine cargo road The "Transportation Order" (hereinafter referred to as the "Transportation Order") is uniformly coded by the transportation order system, printed and stamped with the company's seal, and placed on the lower left corner of the vehicle windshield.
The log-in account of the transportation note system is uniformly allocated by the Traffic Control and Transportation Security Special Team Office of the Comprehensive Group of the State Council's Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism for the Response to the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic (hereinafter referred to as the State Council Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism).
3. Toll road toll stations shall implement free, non-stop, and convenient passage for vehicles holding the "Transportation Note"; for the passage of ETC lanes and complete deductions, the "Transportation Note" shall be used for refunds.
4. Toll stations that meet the conditions should set up special passages to ensure that vaccine cargo vehicles can pass through with priority and convenience.
Toll stations that do not have the conditions for setting up special channels for the time being, can pass the "green channel" for the transportation of fresh agricultural products.
5. All provincial-level transportation departments shall supervise and guide toll road management units, strengthen the on-site management and guidance of toll stations, and ensure that vaccine cargo transportation vehicles are free and convenient to pass without stopping.
6. The validity period of this notice is tentatively scheduled to end on December 31, 2021.
