In a Munich S-Bahn, a 22-year-old woman is said to have injured a man in a dispute over the missing mouth and nose covering.

The 28-year-old victim had approached the woman and asked her to wear a mask, the police said on Sunday.

The woman then insulted him and kicked him in the stomach.

In addition, the man suffered abrasions on his hand.

In the dispute on Friday evening, the woman also repeatedly kicked DB security employees who intervened.

A 31-year-old employee was injured in the ankle and thigh.

A blood sample from the alleged perpetrator showed a blood alcohol level of 2.66.

The police launched an investigation into dangerous bodily harm, property damage and insult against the 22-year-old.

In addition, she expects a penalty for violating the Infection Protection Measures Ordinance.

In Forchheim, Upper Franconia, a 17-year-old is said to have rioted on Saturday evening and pushed another young person to the ground.

There had also been a dispute there because the 17-year-old refused to wear a mask, as the police announced on Sunday.

When the police arrived, the alleged perpetrator also insulted the officers.

He spent the night in custody by order of a judge.
