Lulwa Al-Khater to Al-Jazeera: Qatar is committed to the rule of mutual respect, security and sovereignty of every country

Qatari Assistant Foreign Minister Lulwa Al-Khater said that the Kuwaiti statement regarding reconciliation efforts is an important and positive step.

In a statement to Al-Jazeera, she stated that the recent discussions were aimed at setting a general framework for dialogue towards ending the Gulf crisis.

In an interview with Al-Jazeera, Lulwa Al-Khater added that Qatar, in continuing these discussions, is committed to the rule of mutual respect, the security and sovereignty of each country, adopting a constructive and positive approach in this, in a way that raises the interest of the Gulf people in general.

The Qatari Assistant Foreign Minister said that the solution to the Gulf crisis would be a victory for all, especially for the Gulf peoples and the march of the Cooperation Council.
