More than 10 parcels were also identified jointly by two or more people with the same name as an LH employee, and there were cases where all four joint landowners had the same name as an LH employee, the lawmaker explained.
Rep. Kwak said in the phone call, "There is a limit in which we could not confirm whether the name of the LH employee was not submitted, but it was confirmed on its own basis." We will continue the investigation."
