One of the tenants on Galléengatan has taken the matter further to the rent tribunal, where it was concluded that the new rent is reasonable.
On the other hand, Mirja Cervin, business area manager at Kfast, says that they have not been able to have the same information campaign as they usually do due to the pandemic.
