Hamm (dpa / lnw) - After a fire with four injured people in Hamm at the end of February, the police are investigating serious arson.
According to Tuesday, a witness had seen a person flee after alerting the fire brigade and police when the rescue workers arrived.
Four residents were injured in the basement fire.
According to the police, property damage totaled 90,000 euros.
The fire brigade had eight residents, including three children, brought to safety with a rescue cage because the stairwell was blocked.
