Just twelve hours after it was known that Infantas Elena and Cristina were vaccinated against covid 19 at the beginning of February, the sisters of Felipe VI have wanted to give their version of what happened.
Through a jointly signed statement, Doña Elena and Doña Cristina explain the reason why they received immunization against the virus during a trip, they visit their father in Abu Dhabi and after skipping all the Spanish vaccination queues.
"Given the information published in the press about the vaccination to which I have been subjected, I would like to make the following clarification.
Both my sister and I have come to visit our father and in order to have a health passport that would allow us to do it regularly, we were offered the possibility of getting vaccinated, to which we agreed.
If it had not been for this circumstance, we would have agreed to the vaccination shift in Spain, when it would have corresponded to us. "
