Hyogo Prefecture announced on the 14th that it was newly confirmed that 292 people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
This is the third highest number of confirmed infections per day.
The total number of infected people announced in the prefecture was 12,978.
Hyogo Prefecture also announced that four people infected with the new coronavirus have been confirmed dead.
The number of people who died from being infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture is 298.
