On March 1, the Longzhen Parking Lot also successfully completed the thermal slip test.

  Since Line 18 is the first domestic subway line designed with a speed of 160km/h underground, and the entire line also uses new rigid contact networks, in-phase power supply, new integrated grounding, intelligent operation and maintenance and other new technologies, the hot slip test lacks relevant For reference, we are faced with the difficult problems of high test standards and heavy testing workload.

  In order to ensure the smooth completion of the thermal sliding test, since the start of the construction of the catenary project, the Guangzhou Metro and the participating units have organized several seminars on the technical difficulties of thermal skating in the face of a series of problems such as multi-disciplinary cross-construction and difficult interface coordination. , Formulated a work plan in a targeted manner.

Since February 26th, it has successfully completed a number of construction node tasks such as cold-slip tests, boundary detection, and contact network energization.

At the same time, a detailed train hot-slip test plan and emergency measures are formulated to ensure the smooth implementation of the hot-slip test.

  This time, as the first interval tunnel for thermal slip test, the section between Panyu Square and Hengfan Intermediate Air Shaft No. 3 has a total length of 8.8 kilometers. After continuous completion of a series of preparatory work such as boundary detection and catenary power transmission, March 3 At 9 o'clock in the morning, the tram slowly drove out of the Longzhen parking lot at a speed of 5-10km/h, and the thermal slip test officially began.

During the period, electric buses carried out round-trip tests on the lines at low, medium and high speeds.

During the entire thermal slip test, the electric bus pantograph is normal to get current on the contact network, the pantograph network contact relationship is good, the power supply, signal, communication, contact network equipment and other systems and the car body are stable, and various monitoring data indicate the operating status of the equipment It is stable and conforms to the design specifications for train operation, marking the successful completion of the first mainline hot slip test.

  Up to now, 87% of the civil works of Line 18 (Wanqingsha to Guangzhou East Railway Station) have been completed.

Of the 9 stations, 8 have been capped and 1 is ready for construction; of the 8 sections, 6 have been penetrated, and 2 are undergoing civil construction.

Wanqingsha Depot and Longzhen Parking Lot will carry out electrical and mechanical installation.
