According to the website of the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission, at 0-24 o'clock on March 5, 3 newly imported confirmed cases in Guangdong Province and 2 cases were reported from Guangzhou, respectively from Japan and Cambodia; Shenzhen report One case came from Cambodia.
There were 4 newly imported asymptomatic infections from abroad. Guangzhou reported 2 cases, from Bangladesh and Maldives; Foshan reported 1 case, from Saudi Arabia; Qingyuan reported 1 case, from Niger.
6 new cases were discharged.
As of 24:00 on March 5, Guangdong Province has reported a total of 2,225 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (829 imported from abroad).
44 cases are currently in hospital.
