Fridolina Rolfö came to Wofsburg from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2019. The striker signed a two-year contract which she does not choose to extend.

Today Wolfsburg announced that Rolfö is leaving.

In addition to Rolfö, the Norwegian Ingrid Engen, 22, is also leaving for the summer.

- We tried to keep both players, but both refused our offers.

It does not come as a surprise.

We had opened and honest discussions, says Wolfsburg's sports director Ralf Kellermann to kicker.de.

It is unclear where Rolfö will play next.
