  According to reports, the fire broke out in a building under construction in the Serum Institute of India.

The Serum Institute of India is responsible for the production of the new crown vaccine jointly developed by Oxford University and AstraZeneca.

The relevant person in charge of the institute said that the fire has not yet affected the production of the new crown vaccine.
