Before the evening, there were three alternative opponents for Sweden in Wednesday's World Cup quarterfinals: Croatia, Argentina and Croatia.
The Swedish players seemed to agree that Croatia was the team they wanted to avoid.

Croatia was outclassed by the already clear group winners in Denmark.
Sweden's opponents in the quarterfinals were instead Qatar, who a few hours before the Danish victory match accounted for an impressive turn against Argentina.
Qatar won World Cup silver 2015
Qatar has established itself as Asia's best team over the past decade, winning four straight Asian championships.
Their main success so far came in the home World Cup 2015, when they went to the final.
There, however, they lost to France.
