All Opel models will soon feature a common front end characterized by a large black strip including headlights and grille.
An aesthetic attribute known as Vizor, inaugurated recently by the new Mokka.
The Crossland was therefore quick to follow suit.

The difference between the old and the new model is immediately obvious, and the compact SUV finally gives off "something".
A “something” all the more marked if we opt for the new GS-Line finish, which energizes the line with its black inserts and rims, its red piping and its biton paint.
And on the equipment side, the front headlights can now be full-LED and adaptive, varying their beam according to the characteristics of the road and traffic.

Always smart
The cabin changes less, but can also stand out a little more thanks to the new red facade for the on-board furniture.
In the center, the diagonal of the touch screen can reach 8 inches, to better control a multimedia system enriched with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, as well as navigation with real-time traffic information.
And unlike many of its counterparts from other brands in the PSA Group, the Crossland retains very physical controls for essential functions such as air conditioning, which is arguably more ergonomic.

But above all, this interior has not lost any of its habitability or its practical aspects.
There is enough space in the back for two large adults or three children, thanks in particular to the rear seat that slides 150 millimeters.
The boot volume, already generous with 410 liters of minimum capacity, can thus reach 520 liters in a few moments.

More enjoyable on the road
Technically, the changes made to the Crossland are notable.
In particular, it receives new suspensions and new steering settings.
The result is a more assertive personality on the road too, with a much better feeling and a better contained roll than before, which distinguishes it more from its technical twin, the Citroën C3 Aircross, which is more oriented towards comfort.
Driving is therefore all the more interesting, unfortunately tarnished by a gearbox control (6 reports) particularly poorly guided which spoils the general approval.
It is all the more unfortunate that the Crossland also benefits from the excellent engines from the PSA organ bank, both in gasoline (1.2l 3 cylinders of 83, 110 or 130 hp) and in diesel (1.5l BlueHDI 110 or 120 hp).

And as an option, the small SUV can now receive the Intelligrip system, an advanced ESP module offering several driving modes adapted to each grip situation: road, mud, snow, sand or ESP off.
What to add modest all-road capabilities.
