Bogacher snatched the title of "Strata" stage, after he covered the 166 km race in three hours 58 minutes and 35 seconds, to claim a precious victory for the UAE team and to maintain the leadership of the touring team, which witnesses the participation of the elite riders and professional teams in the world.

Bogacher's victory came after a strong competition with British Adam Yates, rider of the Ineos team, who holds the title of the 2020 edition, who finished second.

The competition between the duo was limited during the ascent stage to the summit of Jebel Hafeet, which is considered the most difficult stage of circling ever, after they were alone in the lead in the last 4 kilometers of the race, before Bogacher was able to pressure his opponent and snatched the first place in the last 200 meters.

Colombian Sergio Garcia, rider of the EF Education team, was ranked third, 48 seconds ahead of the first place holder, while German Emmanuel Buschmann, rider of the Bora team, finished fourth, and Belgian Harm Van Hawke, rider of the Lotto Soudal team, came in third.

Thus, Bogacher continues in the lead by seven hours, 58 minutes and 30 seconds, extending the difference to 43 seconds with his closest stalkers, British Adam Yates, who snatched the overall rankings from Portuguese Joao Almeida, rider of the Quick Step team, who fell to third place by 1.03 minutes behind Bogachar, Jumbo Visma's rider, Chris Harper, climbed to fourth.

Bogacher, the Tour de France 2020 champion and the most prominent candidate for the title, won three shirts out of four at the end of the third stage after preserving the red shirt of the tournament leader, and the green kidnapped the leader by points from Joao Almeida, raising his score to 39 points, 22 points behind Almeida, while he retreated Italian Filippo Ghana ranked third in the team, Eneos, with 21 points.

He also maintained the white shirt for the best young cyclist, and was succeeded by Joao Almeida, and third, the American Nelson Police, while Almeida kept the black shirt for middle speed.

The coronation ceremony was witnessed by the Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, Aref Al-Awani, the Secretary-General of the Dubai Sports Council, Saeed Hareb, the Director General of Al-Ain Municipality, Ali Khalifa Al-Qamzi, the CEO of (Strata) Ismail Ali Abdullah, the Administrative Director of (Nakheel) Muhammad Al-Qasim, and Captain Pilot Hashem Al Hamashi from Abu Dhabi Airlines.

Bogacher said in a press statement: We wanted to win and we succeeded in achieving that, it was a very difficult day, and I felt a kind of tension at times due to the different levels of the stage.

He added: I am trying to continue to perform well, and we must focus because the remaining four stages can do anything.

The third phase was launched from in front of Strata Manufacturing near Al Ain International Airport, passing through many attractions and places that characterize Al Ain, most notably the Zoo, Hazaa Bin Zayed Stadium, Al Ain Al Qattara University, Hili, Qasr Al Muwaiji, Al Ain Oasis, and Al Mubarrazah Al Akhdar. The race to the most difficult challenges is the stage of climbing to Jebel Hafeet for a distance of 10 kilometers, to the finish line at the top of Jebel Hafeet, as this is the most difficult stage in the circumambulation and largely determines the final result of the circumambulation.
