Transporte AVLO, Renfe's new 'low-cost' train, will start running on June 23
Renfe announced yesterday that its 'low-cost' train will start its service on June 23.
From today it is possible to
buy AVLO tickets
at a price of five euros.
The offer will continue until February 14.
During the first week of the promotion -that is, until January 31- tickets can be purchased exclusively from the Avlo website (avlorenfe.com) and will allow travel between June 23 and December 11, 2021.
To buy one of these
tickets for five euros you
have to enter
r on the Avlo page and register or register if you have an account.
Then, you just have to choose one of the four daily circulations -by direction- between Madrid and Barcelona.
The service will also have stops in all the cities of the Renfe Northeast Corridor (Guadalajara, Calatayud, Zaragoza, Lleida, Tarragona, Girona and Figueres).
On the other hand, between February 1 and 14, tickets will be purchased both on the Avlo page and on the
Renfe itself
.
The process will be the same and the dates will not vary: you can travel between June 23 and December 11, 2021.
Likewise, those who purchased one of these tickets during last year's promotion, which had to be postponed as the premiere was delayed, should have received a reminder from Renfe to redeem the promotional code that was given to them at the time and that you can redeem at no additional cost.
