After a controversial intervention on Sunday in the program "24 heures Pujadas", Alain Finkielkraut will no longer have the right to be invited on the LCI antenna.

The philosopher and polemicist spoke on the charges of incest targeting Olivier Duhamel.

He now considers himself "gagged" by the chain.

LCI, the news channel of the TF1 group, announced that it would no longer invite the philosopher Alain Finkielkraut to debate on the

24 Heures Pujadas program

, in which he had participated regularly since the start of the school year.

Sunday, while evoking on the air the charges of incest against the political scientist Olivier Duhamel, Alain Finkielkraut wondered about the possible consent of the alleged victim of Olivier Duhamel.

A 14-year-old victim at the time of the incident.

David Pujadas, presenter of the show that bears his name, immediately called his interlocutor to order.

But the philosopher insisted.

Behavior "unacceptable" in the eyes of the TF1 group, which has decided to end their collaboration.

"We live in a collective delirium"

And this ousting angered the philosopher.

Alain Finkielkraut considers it "unfair" and considers himself "gagged" by LCI.

Asked by

Le Parisien

, Alain Finkielkraut assures that he has "never", "at any time" he adds, "been complacent with Olivier Duhamel".

The philosopher, who is not at his first polemical remarks, affirms that he would change "nothing" to the remarks which he made.

And he concludes with this sentence: "We live in a world of collective delirium and I am the victim".
