A detainee at the administrative detention center of Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande was tried Monday before the Rennes criminal court for sexual assault, reports

Justice accuses him of having twice stroked the chest of a policewoman who was taking her fingerprints.
Very shocked by this inappropriate gesture, the policewoman slapped him in the face.
At the stand, the defendant, aged 24, indicated that he had simply wanted to remove a hair from the victim's chest.
A version that did not convince the judges who sentenced him to two months in prison.
He will also have to pay 350 euros to the victim.
