It has been confirmed that the international academic journal, which foretold the publication of a paper distorting the damage of Japanese military comfort women, has decided not to publish the March issue this month.

Sources say that the International Legal Economics Review published by Dutch publisher Elsevier asked Mark Ramseyer, professor of law at Harvard University, to counter the academia's criticism by the 31st of this month.

It is reported that the journal has also decided to delay the publication of the printed version until Professor Ramsey responds.
