This is Nexon's'Maple Story' released in 2003.

Last month, Nexon announced an update of an item called'Fire of Rebirth' that improves the performance of weapons in this game.

It says, "Modify the option so that it is given with the same probability," but users exploded asking if it was a manipulation in the probability of an item.

[MapleStory users: (Deliberately make (item) less appearing? In order to spend more money?) People were very angry about that part.

Then, that's definitely a scam.] Not only the

boycott of items, but also truck demonstrations in front of the National Assembly and Nexon headquarters.

Nexon eventually announced an apology and said, "We will disclose the probability of Maple Story items additionally on the coming 5th."

Probability-type items sell items that can obtain strong characters or weapons to game users in the form of'drawings', and there has been no end of speculative controversy because it induces users to purchase cash.

Recently, there have also been suspicions about the probability of picking out game items from NCsoft.

Separately, we will come up with a plan to revitalize the

game industry

.] The

game industry

argues that

this probability is a trade secret, and that if it is legislated, it is subject to reverse discrimination from foreign companies that have no way to regulate it.
