Mediaset Spain has published this Thursday a new organization chart that delimits the functions of its directors after its merger with its parent Media For Europe and in which Borja Prado will only have institutional functions.

In this way, the former president of Endesa and now president of the media group in Spain will not have weight at least to train when it comes to directing the contents or the editorial line of the group. These functions will hang from the CEO, Alessandro Salem, who will report to Massimo Musolino, CEO of management and operations, on whom the day-to-day in the group's offices will depend.

The Content, Communications, News and Publiespaña directorates will also report directly to the Italian executive, who will thus become the main decision-maker of the group's new strategy in Spain. Mediaset is in full reformulation of its content grid after the fall in audiences that has ended up supposing the end of some of its flagship programs such as Sálvame.
