According to the announcement, in order to optimize the allocation and management of road parking space resources in Nanning, effectively promote the rational use of parking spaces, reduce the cost of temporary parking for the public, and better meet the temporary parking needs of the people, in accordance with the Price Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Formulation of Price Hearings by the Government, the Pricing Catalogue of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the Regulations on the Management of Parking Lots in Nanning and other relevant provisions, combined with the actual conditions of Nanning, it is planned to optimize the charging policy and charging standards for motor vehicle parking services in road parking spaces in Nanning.
According to the announced "Hearing Pricing Plan", the charging policy and charging standards to be optimized for motor vehicle parking services in Nanning Road Parking are as follows:
1. Optimize and simplify regional classification: maintain the existing regional classification framework, continue to divide first, second, and third types of areas, and implement sub-regional differentiated charging for motor vehicle parking services in the city's road parking spaces. abolish the division of primary and secondary roads in Category I and II areas; Abolish the three types of regional charging categories that distinguish between smart billing and manual billing; Removal of the charging category for parking spaces during special hours on the road.
