China actively promotes the construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases

Renewable energy development has made a good start to the year

Since the beginning of this year, China has continued to promote the construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases, major hydropower projects and pumped storage construction, and the development of renewable energy has achieved a good start. Wang Dapeng, deputy director of the Department of New and Renewable Energy of the National Energy Administration, said that as of the end of the first quarter, the installed capacity of renewable energy in the country reached 12.58 billion kilowatts; in the first quarter, renewable energy power generation reached 5947.11 billion kilowatt-hours, an increase of 4.3422% year-on-year, of which wind power and photovoltaic power generation reached 27.8 billion kilowatt-hours, a year-on-year increase of <>.<>%.

Looking at wind power, in the first quarter, 1040.989 million kilowatts of new grid-connected wind power were installed nationwide, including 51.67 million kilowatts of onshore wind power and 7,96 kilowatts of offshore wind power; The "three north" region accounted for 8.249% of the country's new installed capacity. The average utilization rate of wind power in the first quarter was 15.<>%, basically the same as the same period of the previous year; Wind power investment completed about <>.<> billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of <>%.

Looking at photovoltaic power generation, in the first quarter, the country's new grid-connected installed capacity of photovoltaics was 3366.154 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 8.1553%, of which centralized photovoltaic power generation was 1813.98 million kilowatts and distributed photovoltaic power generation was 0.7 million kilowatts. In the first quarter, the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation in the country was 522%, an increase of 177.6 percentage points year-on-year; solar power investment completed <>.<> billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of <>.<>%.

At present, China is actively promoting the construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases focusing on deserts, Gobi and desert areas. Wang Dapeng introduced that up to now, the first batch of 9705.<> million kilowatt base projects have been fully started, and the project is actively promoting the grid-connected work, striving to complete and put into operation before the end of this year; The second batch of base projects has started construction one after another; The list of the third batch of base projects has been officially issued and implemented recently.

Coal is the "ballast stone" of China's energy security and stable supply, and coal mine intelligence is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable supply of coal and promote the high-quality development of the industry. Ren Lixin, deputy director of the Coal Department of the National Energy Administration, introduced that at present, a total of 1043 intelligent coal mining faces and 1277 intelligent excavation faces have been built in the country. According to dispatching, seven key coal enterprises, including National Energy Group and China Coal Group, have built intelligent production capacity of 7.13 billion tons/year, accounting for 93.74% of their total production capacity, and the average labor efficiency of personnel in the comprehensive mining face has increased by 7.27%.

The intelligent development of coal mines has also strongly promoted the transformation and upgrading of coal upstream and downstream industries. According to preliminary statistics, the total investment in intelligent construction of coal mines in China is nearly 2000 billion yuan, and the investment completion rate exceeds 50%. The increase in intelligent market demand has effectively driven the rapid development of new industries and new formats such as mine Internet of Things, coal machine equipment manufacturing, intelligent control systems, safety monitoring and early warning.

In recent years, China's new energy vehicles have developed vigorously. Zhang Xing, deputy director of the comprehensive department of the National Energy Administration, said that by the end of March, more than 3,5700 charging facilities had been built in more than 1,8 highway service areas across the country, and the people's travel charging needs were further guaranteed. Recently, the National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Transport issued the Notice on Effectively Doing a Good Job in the Guarantee of New Energy Vehicle Charging Services during Holidays, putting forward practical measures from the aspects of continuously improving the charging guarantee capacity of the whole society, carrying out charging demand prediction in advance, comprehensively carrying out charging facility operation and maintenance inspections, and strengthening holiday charging guidance, strengthening the charging service guarantee capacity along highways and tourist attractions, and optimizing the holiday travel experience of the masses.

How can the energy industry make a greater contribution to rural revitalization? Dong Wancheng, deputy director of the Development Planning Department of the National Energy Administration, said that four measures will be mainly adopted: First, continue to implement the rural power grid consolidation and upgrading project. Focus on remote areas, poverty alleviation areas and other areas with weak agricultural networks, increase construction and transformation, and further improve the level of rural power supply quality assurance. The second is to carry out the construction of rural energy revolution pilot counties. With the county as the basic unit, promote the high-quality development of rural clean energy, explore the construction of a multi-energy complementary distributed low-carbon comprehensive energy network, and organically combine the clean energy industry with the development and expansion of the rural collective economy, the construction of livable and workable and beautiful countryside. The third is to do a good job of cleaning and heating in the northern region in winter. At present, the clean heating rate in rural areas in northern China has exceeded 60%, and the National Energy Administration will steadily and orderly promote new clean heating projects to effectively ensure the stable supply and continuous operation of clean heating energy. The fourth is to accelerate the construction of charging infrastructure. Explore the combination of charging facilities with photovoltaics and energy storage, increase support for the construction and operation of county and rural charging networks, and create good conditions for new energy vehicles to go to the countryside.
