Elisabeth Borne must specify this Wednesday her roadmap for the next 100 days but it seems that some elements have already been unveiled Monday during the submission of a report to the Minister of Labor, Olivier Dussopt. Better balance of life times

To take this aspiration into account, it is necessary to better balance life according to Sophie Thiéry, guarantor of the foundations of Work: "This implies rethinking the organization of work at the scale of the week. That is why we are asking for an opinion from the EESC on different types of four-day weeks and good practices in this area," she said.

Another track, that of a universal time savings account to accumulate the days of leave not taken and use them at once. A proposal that the government carries but whose complexity Olivier Dussopt acknowledges. "How does a small company deal with an absence of an employee for several months under the CETU?" asks the Minister of Labour.

"These are very practical things. For example, some professional organizations suggest focusing the mobilization of days on the end of career, such as an early retirement scheme. All this must be added to the debate," he concludes. And the report also proposes a new end-of-career scheme. The principle? Reduce its duration of activity by limiting the impact on salary. The financial effort would be shared between the State, the employer and the employee.
