The tax exemption policy on Hainan's outlying islands has undergone nine major adjustments, the policy has been further relaxed, and the policy content has been continuously increased. In the past 9 years, the duty-free shopping quota for outlying island tourists has been increased from the initial 12,5000 yuan to 10,18 yuan, and the duty-free categories have been increased from 45 categories to 5 categories.
