According to the circular, at 2023:3 on March 14, 10, the Liudong Branch of the Liuzhou Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau received complaints from the masses, reflecting that there were merchants selling at the door of a key project in Liudong New District, which seriously affected the entry and exit of construction units' engineering vehicles, affected the progress of project construction, and there were hidden traffic safety hazards.

After investigation, since January 2023, the Liudong Branch of the Liuzhou Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau has received a total of 1 complaints from enterprises and the public about similar problems in the lot.

At 2023:3 on March 14, 11, law enforcement officers arrived at the scene and found that there were 18 mobile stalls at the scene, dozens of tables, chairs and benches were placed, occupying the public area at the entrance of the project department, affecting the passage of engineering vehicles, and a large amount of food waste and white pollutants were discarded everywhere.

According to the circular, members of the law enforcement team persuaded the tourists to leave, ordered the vendors to rectify themselves, and urged the construction party to strengthen the management of the construction site. At that time, some construction workers were eating, and one of the dining workers was more emotional, did not understand the law enforcement work, accused the on-site law enforcement personnel, and the team members patiently explained the work to the on-site personnel. In the process of this law enforcement, the team members enforced the law in accordance with laws and regulations and civilized the law, and recorded the whole process.

In view of the inconvenience of workers eating caused by the accelerated construction progress of the project and the sudden increase in the number of workers, the Liudong Branch of the Liuzhou Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau reported to the relevant departments and learned that the project manager has taken measures such as adding dining windows, extending business hours, and enriching dishes to effectively solve the problem of inconvenient meals.
