Eligible condominiums are more than 20 years old and have more than 10 units, and have undergone large-scale repairs called "life extension work" such as painting and waterproofing of exterior walls at least once in the past. is a condition.



After that, if you secure the reserves necessary for repairs and carry out "life extension work" again, the property tax for the building part of the next year after the construction is completed will be reduced.
