The complex was constructed by real estate giant Mitsui Fudosan at a total cost of 244 billion yen, and took about three and a half years to complete.



It was released to the press on the 7th, before the full opening, including the floor where the commercial facility enters, on the 10th of this month.



The building has 45 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, and is expected to attract 10 million visitors annually.



Of these, the 4th and 5th floors of the building are areas for disseminating information on local industries from all over the country, and there are five areas such as the woolen textile industry in the Bishu region, which straddles Gifu and Aichi prefectures. increase.



There is also a space where nearby business people can interact freely, hoping that it will serve as a base for generating new business ideas.



Large-scale redevelopment is underway around Tokyo Station, and in the same Yaesu district, Tokyo Tatemono plans to open a large building in 2025, and Mitsubishi Estate is also constructing a building with a height of about 390 meters, which will be the tallest in Japan. We are working on it and aim to complete it in 2027.
