  As a leading company in the global new energy photovoltaic industry, Tongwei has been the solar cell company with the largest production capacity and shipments in the world for many years in a row, and its module products are exported to more than 40 countries and regions around the world.

  Liu Hanyuan introduced that in the process of realizing the "double carbon" goal, China's photovoltaic industry has formed a world-leading complete photovoltaic industry chain, and 70% to 80% of photovoltaic products used in the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries and Europe in recent years are made in China .

  Just after more than ten years of development, China's photovoltaic industry is in a leading position in the world in terms of scale, cost, resource element matching, and market.

Last year, the high-purity crystalline silicon produced in China accounted for 90% of the world, silicon rods and wafers accounted for 97% of the world, and components accounted for 75% to 80%.

Therefore, this industry will play a very active role in promoting China's energy transition, supporting China's energy transition and the effective realization of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking goals.

In this round of ecological low-carbon and high-quality development in the world, China has firmly become the largest country driving the energy transition of all mankind, making Chinese manufacturing and Chinese technology the first protagonist in promoting and leading the energy transition of all mankind .

  [Explanation] As the competitiveness of the global new energy industry continues to increase, how to consume photovoltaics at a high level so that new energy can be generated, supplied, and used well has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of photovoltaics.

In order to promote the sustainable, healthy and high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry, Liu Hanyuan brought a proposal of "vigorously developing pumped storage" at this year's National Two Sessions.

  Liu Hanyuan introduced that with the continuous reduction of costs, the large-scale application of energy storage will provide a solid guarantee for stabilizing the fluctuation of renewable energy.

So far, 616,000 out-of-river pumped storage sites have been discovered in the world, and their energy storage potential is about 23 million GWh. Less than 1% of these sites are needed to support the world's 100% renewable energy power system.

  The storage of electricity is a relatively difficult field in storage.

Looking at our current energy storage, which energy storage methods are safe and economical, and can also meet the future needs of our human beings in terms of resources.

In fact, this kind of hydroelectric power generation device that China is best at repairing, and its rationally adjusted application is the so-called hydropower station energy storage.

Because in principle, our previous hydropower stations intercepted a section of the river bank along the river bank, raised the water level, and then used the drop to generate electricity.

Reservoir energy storage is not necessarily on the river, it can be by the river, the reservoir or the lake. As long as we form a high-level reservoir and a low-level reservoir, at this time, we can output power during the process of lowering the high-level reservoir water to the low-level reservoir. The water in the low-level reservoir is pumped up, and when it is stored on it, it becomes energy storage.

So this is what we are talking about this time, to speed up the development of hydropower energy storage during the "14th Five-Year Plan" and "15th Five-Year Plan" as a more important field, and then to realize energy storage issues and economic stimulation Double solution to the problem.
