Data show that in 2022, the implementation of China's anti-monopoly and fair competition policies will achieve results. 187 cases of various types of monopoly cases will be settled in accordance with the law, with fines and confiscations amounting to RMB 784 million; The Law has been amended for the first time since its promulgation 15 years ago, which has boosted the development expectations and confidence of market players, stimulated the vitality of competition and innovation of market players, and promoted the construction of a unified national market.
