In February 2011, he was appointed as the vice president of the company and a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee. In April 2011, he was appointed as the chairman of Air China Hong Kong Development Co., Ltd. In April 2020, he was appointed as the deputy general manager and member of the party group of AVIC Corporation. In June 2020, he was appointed as Tibet Airlines Co., Ltd. Vice Chairman.
