Last Friday, the public prosecutor's office in Berlin announced that there was no initial suspicion of criminal acceptance of advantages against Federal Finance Minister Christian Lindner (FDP).
The "Tagesspiegel" had reported on preliminary investigations against Lindner because of a greeting - and thus raised press law issues.
We look at all legal aspects of the subject.
Also on the show: yesterday's decision by the Federal Constitutional Court on the election of the House of Representatives in Berlin and a judgment by the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt on animal owner liability.
We also deal with the age limit for DFB referees and provide information about the competition for the 5th birthday of FAZ objection (faz.net/einsprechen-5).
Here you
can see the entire range of FAZ objections - everything that is right.
