Zara starts charging returns for online purchases.

For orders placed from this same Wednesday, February 1, the Inditex firm will charge a surcharge of 1.95 euros in the event that a delivery person comes to the home to pick up the order.

In the case of going to the store it will continue to be free

, as until now.

As explained by the company, it is a measure that is already in force in most of the markets in which it operates, where it has been assumed "normally", and now it is Spain's turn.

From now on, when placing an order online and selecting a shipping method, the company reminds the buyer that it is possible to send a carrier for the order, but warns: "Returns of orders placed after 02.01.2023 will have

a cost of 1.95 euros

that will be deducted from the refunded amount".

The surcharge only affects home returns, so it will still be free to return the products in stores.
