He also added that the escalation will lead to further fragmentation of the global economy.

Earlier, IMF Managing Director Kristalin Georgieva expressed the opinion that the losses of the global economy from its fragmentation could amount to $ 7 trillion, or 7% of global GDP, if a decline in trade is allowed.
