Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Energy reported that Putin's decree on the response to the introduction of a ceiling on Russian oil prices also implies a refusal to work with traders who use the limit.
Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that it is too early to talk about any loss of Russia's income from the sale of energy resources.
Peskov also stressed that Russia has not yet faced a ceiling in energy prices.
