“Now 25% is working, 75% of thermal generation is damaged,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

Sakharuk noted that some of the Ukrainian stations do not work, and some are damaged "by more than half."

Earlier, the energy company DTEK announced emergency power outages in the Odessa region.

Also, emergency power outages were introduced in the Lviv region.
