The start-up area with a planned area of 38 square kilometers is the first construction area of Xiong'an New District, and will be the main urban area of Xiong'an New District in the future.
Walking through the start-up area, the newly built roads are connected into a network, and many key projects along the road are almost completed.
The Xiong'an Xuanwu Hospital project is located in the northeast of the start-up area. As one of the turnkey projects of "three schools and one hospital" that Beijing supports the construction of Xiong'an New District, this project is the first large-scale comprehensive third-class A-level hospital built in Xiong'an New District. The hospital shoulders the multiple missions of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care, and rehabilitation in Xiongan New Area, and will be the regional medical center of the Xiongan New Area startup area in the future.
After the completion of the hospital, it will provide high-level, comprehensive and high-quality medical services for the residents in the new district and surrounding areas.
The project is constructed in two phases, of which the first phase is supported by Beijing, and the second phase is invested by Xiongan New Area.
"The main structure of the investment part of Xiong'an New Area has been completely capped, the construction of the secondary structure has been fully launched, and the construction of the facade curtain wall has begun. Beijing supports the construction of some facade curtain walls and has entered the stage of follow-up construction such as interior decoration and electromechanical installation." Beijing. Walking into the outpatient building of the Xiongan Xuanwu Hospital project, the ceiling of the building is unique in shape, just like neurons, highlighting that Xuanwu Hospital focuses on neuroscience.
A one-stop waiting area is set up in the outpatient building, where patients can pay fees, register, and wait for a doctor. The one-stop service is more convenient and faster.
In addition, the hospital is also equipped with a pneumatic logistics transmission system, which is used for the automatic and rapid transmission of various daily medical items in the hospital, which is more intelligent and efficient.
"We have completed all the construction goals for 2022. In 2023, we will continue to promote the construction of the hospital with high standards and high quality. It is expected that the conditions for completion acceptance will be met in September." Wei Tongbing said.
The Xiong'an International Trade Center project is located in the central area of the start-up area, which is the city gateway of the Xiong'an New District, surrounded by the construction of headquarters buildings of three state-owned enterprises, China Satellite Network Group Co., Ltd., Sinochem Holding Co., Ltd., and China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. project.
At the construction site of the Xiongan International Trade Center project, the pile foundation construction of the project has been completed and will soon be transferred to the construction of the main underground structure.
According to Gou Haidong, the project secretary of the first work area of the Xiongan International Trade Center Soil Protection Project of China Construction, the Xiongan International Trade Center project is located at the intersection of the "fourth line" (Xiongxin high-speed railway, R1 line, M1 line, M2 line) in the headquarters area of the start-up area. Xiong'an characteristic TOD (public transportation-oriented development model) project integrating rail transit, aviation services, office, business, hotel and other complex functions.
"Through the integrated development of aboveground, underground and surrounding plots, and supporting the construction of a three-dimensional transportation hub, it will create a central vitality area of Xiong'an that gathers world influence. It is an important landmark project for the construction of the Xiong'an New Area's start-up area." Gou Haidong said.
At present, the construction of the backbone road network in the northern part of the start-up area of Xiong'an New Area has been completed, the skeleton of the ecological system project has begun to appear, and the construction of public service facilities has gradually improved. Pulling apart, the urban landscape is gradually improving, and the prototype of the city is emerging.
