Dubai Investments Company has signed a cooperation agreement with the global Millennium Hotels and Resorts Group to open the Grand Millennium Resort in Danah Bay, the company's most prominent and latest freehold project on Al Marjan Island in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
