The Central Bank cooperates with Egypt in training and capacity building

The Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates discussed with the Banking Institute of the Arab Republic of Egypt, affiliated to the Central Bank of Egypt, joint cooperation in the field of training and developing human capital capacity building in various financial fields.

This came during a meeting with the Head of the Human Resources Department at the UAE Central Bank, Ihab Al-Amiri, and the Executive Director of the Egyptian Banking Institute, Dr. Abdulaziz Noseir, and the visiting delegation accompanying the country.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed prospects for developing cooperation and exchanging information and experiences in the fields of developing training programs in the financial sector at the various specialized, professional and leadership levels.

The meeting also discussed ways to support the needs of building the professional capabilities of human cadres, developing their qualifications and refining their expertise, in a way that contributes to achieving the Central Bank’s plans to upgrade the skills of cadres working in the financial sector, providing vital economic sectors with qualified competencies to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, and supporting the future development plans of the country.
