With China's recent optimization and adjustment of epidemic prevention policies, businessmen from all over the world are looking forward to the arrival of Chinese tourists.

People in the industry generally believe that the return of Chinese tourists will not only bring new opportunities for businesses, but also inject impetus into the global economy facing the risk of recession.

Recently, Xinhua News Agency reporters stationed in many countries deeply felt this eager expectation during their visits.

Ioanna Papadupoulo, Director of the Communication and Marketing Department of the Athens International Airport in Greece, told reporters that the Chinese tourist market is one of the most important markets for Greek airports, cities and even the country.

"We miss that scene so much...can't wait for Chinese customers to come back."

Oliver Reibert, CEO of the British luxury brand London Reibert, believes that the return of Chinese tourists will have a positive impact on the world economy, "In 2023 and in the days to come, a large number of Chinese tourists will come to London again, Investing in the local economy ... that's going to be a huge opportunity for us."

According to a survey recently released by the World Economic Forum in Davos, about two-thirds of chief economists in the private and public sectors predict that the global economy will experience a recession in 2023, and China’s optimization and adjustment of epidemic prevention policies will not only benefit tourism, etc. The service industry brings vitality and will also inject new impetus into the global economy.
