13 billion dirhams Dubai real estate transactions in a week
Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than 13 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 2179 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 5.52 billion dirhams, including 235 pledges of allegiance to lands, at a value of 1.13 billion dirhams, and 1944 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 4.39 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 77 million dirhams in the fifth Al Thanyah region, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the fifth Al Habiya region, followed by a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the fourth Warsan region.
The fifth Al-Habibiyah region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 134 pledges of pledge of allegiance, at a value of 451 million dirhams, followed by Al-Jaddaf region, with 26 pledges of pledge at a value of 135 million dirhams, and a third in Jebel Ali, the first, with 14 pledges of 49 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of 135 million dirhams came in Wadi Al-Safa 5 as the most important sale, followed by a sale of 73 million dirhams in Island 2, and finally a sale of 73 million dirhams in Al Wasl.
The first area of Al-Khiran topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 188 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 533 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area, with 182 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 335 million dirhams, and a third in Al Barsha, south of the fourth, with 156 pledges of allegiance, at a value of 126 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 7.01 billion dirhams, including 108 mortgages for land at a value of 1.213 billion dirhams and 316 mortgages for villas and apartments at a value of 5.81 billion dirhams, the most important of which was in Port Saeed at a value of 5 billion dirhams and another in Palm Jumeirah at a value of 506 million dirhams.
As for donations, 104 donations were recorded, with a value of 1.01 billion dirhams, the most important of which were in the first Zabeel area, with a value of 516 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 94 million dirhams.
